Move with intention
Your practice.
Your personal path.
InspoWellness brings expert Pilates instruction to in-person private sessions and virtual group classes. Wherever you join us, your practice begins with personalized attention.
Through our partnership with Truemed, a licensed provider can assess whether qualifying services are medically necessary for your individual health needs.

Availability of reimbursement depends on clinical approval and the services covered by your letter and plan.
Three steps to get started
How it works
Check your eligibility
Complete Truemed’s private health assessment. A licensed provider reviews your answers and, if you qualify, issues a Letter of Medical Necessity.
Pay for your practice
Purchase qualifying InspoWellness services with your regular credit or debit card. Do not use your HSA/FSA card at checkout.
Request reimbursement
Submit your itemized receipt and Letter of Medical Necessity to your HSA/FSA administrator, following the guide provided by Truemed.
Keep your letter and receipts for your records. Your HSA/FSA administrator makes the reimbursement determination.
Can I use HSA/FSA funds for Pilates?
Qualified clients may be able to receive reimbursement for InspoWellness services when a licensed provider determines they are medically necessary. Pilates for general fitness or wellness alone is not automatically eligible. Your plan administrator determines reimbursement under your plan’s rules.
What is a Letter of Medical Necessity?
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is documentation from a licensed provider explaining why a service is medically appropriate for a specific health need. Truemed’s assessment helps a provider determine whether you qualify; a letter is not guaranteed.
Should I pay with my HSA/FSA card?
No. For the InspoWellness Truemed process, pay with your regular credit or debit card, not an HSA/FSA card. If approved, submit your itemized receipt and Letter of Medical Necessity to your plan administrator for reimbursement.
How long does the process take?
Truemed says eligible clients typically receive their Letter of Medical Necessity within 1–2 days. Reimbursement claims are typically paid in 2–4 weeks, though timing varies by administrator.
Are all sessions and classes covered?
Coverage depends on the licensed provider’s recommendation, the services documented in your letter, and your plan’s requirements. Confirm that your intended purchase is covered before booking. Do not assume every session, class, or purchase qualifies.
Are there fees or deadlines I should know about?
Review any assessment fees shown by Truemed before continuing. Check your HSA/FSA plan’s submission deadlines and documentation requirements, especially FSA spending deadlines. Reimbursement and tax savings are not guaranteed.
